Initial Comments:
This report is the result of a follow-up survey conducted on March 20, 2024, through March 22, 2024, at St. Christopher's Hospital For Children, as the result of a previous State Re-licensure survey that was conducted on November 13, 2023, through November 17, 2023, and completed off-site on December 11, 2023. It was determined that the facility was in compliance with the requirements of the Pennsylvania Department of Health's Rules and Regulations for Hospitals, 28 Pa Code, Part IV, Subparts A and B, November 1987, as amended June 1998.
